At IICH, we developed training to empower communities through coaching.

Our training and coaching program are based on our experience in NGOs,  communities and social projects. These training and coaching are dedicated to fMission-driven people who wants to develop a social business, people who want to find their life purpose, entrepreneurs and Social Entrepreneurs in emerging countries, social or community leaders, NGO’s leaders and/or managers and also Project Managers, Qualified coaches, Foundation Leaders and managers, Human Resource managers and their staff.

• The Social Responsibility Coaching is a cross cultural training which aim is to offer the trainees an effective methodology for working with social entrepreneurs and NGOs and to coach them to achieve sustainable success. 

• The Social Entrepreneurship coaching is unique and effective cross cultural coaching model developed by IICH which combines  training and an intensive coaching experience. The aim of SEC is to promote social entrepreneurship in emerging countries as a catalyst for change.  

• The Firewalk Instructor Training is one of the most innovative certification in the field of coaching, a high standard of quality established by Tolly Burkan and his team in 1986. Since then, 2 millions of people (including Tony Robbins) across 6 continents have been trained by certified FIT instructors. It is a powerful transformative tool for coachs and leaders.
